Here at AHK, we realize that knowledge is power, and that power is best realized within the scope of collaboration. It is our desire to empower the members of our community through our participation as real estate instructors in local colleges, and as speakers on many occasions for local, regional and statewide organizations and business entities. We address topics such as insurance coverage issues, matters of interest to lenders, real estate brokers, mortgage brokers and bankers, loan servicers, investors, appraisers and trustees.
The members of our firm are passionate about sharing what we have learned by providing continuing education to our peers, other professionals, and to the public. In the area of insurance, for example, our attorneys have lectured on numerous occasions about such insurance matters as annual update programs, CEB programs on coverage issues concerning employee-employer matters, insurance matters of interest to lenders as well as environmental matters, personal injury coverage issues, and others. We regularly contribute written articles for publication, including contributions to books on insurance coverage and bad faith, and numerous other legal publications.
We also provide guidance for and are actively involved on the Executive Committee of the Insurance Committee of the Santa Clara County Bar Association.
