Our attorneys have had litigation experience since the founding of the Firm in 1977. Our attorneys have experience in complex jury trials, court trials, and administrative hearings. They have litigated in federal, state, and bankruptcy trial courts. The Firm has also participated in the defense of statewide class actions, including the group defense of multiple defendants.

In addition, Adleson, Hess & Kelly has experience in litigating before privately-retained arbitrators (primarily retired judges). Attorneys at the Firm have tried cases involving complex issues in real property, fraud, insurance bad faith, title insurance, bankruptcy, lender and broker concerns, foreclosure, personal injury, as well as contract disputes, and many others.
