We are pleased to announce the addition of Joanne M. Wendell, Esq., to our law firm as of November 1, 2008. She has eleven years of legal experience resolving first and third party insurance coverage disputes, as well as defending insureds against a variety of claims. Her experience spans pre-trial litigation to appellate advocacy. It includes multi-party/complex litigation, construction defect and other property damage claims, bodily injury matters including wrongful death, and commercial (railway and bus) accidents, as well as homeowner association law.

Ms. Wendell received her Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University School of Law, and became a member of the California State Bar in 1997. She is also admitted to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals as well as to the United States District Courts for the Central and Eastern Districts of California.
